Company Background
Alcock & McFadden, founded in 1996,
offers services to a broad base of clients throughout the
United States. While Alcock & McFadden is a small firm, the consortium of
experts we represent can handle projects of any size, including
highly technical ones. Projects are billed on a time and materials
basis and all work is guaranteed.
We help firms with as few as one employee
(an entrepreneur) to organizations employing thousands (government
agencies). Our clients work in diverse fields from manufacturing
to high tech.
We have successfully completed projects
including executive searches and staffing, strategic staffing
plans, compensation structure development, salary surveys,
employment structures, employee relations and cost-effective
recruitment campaigns.
We offer training seminars for small teams
as well as large groups covering performance appraisals, performance
management, interviewing, selection and retention, communication
and harassment.
